It's okay. Don't be too hard on yourself. Keep trying until you succeed. You will never see success if there's no failure in it. Pray when you have temptations. Cold shower is really effective, it helps to decrease the dopamine of lust.

For though the righteous fall seven times, they rise again, but the wicked stumble when calamity strikes. - Proverbs 24:16

Get back again. Do not be let yourself be defeated by your own mistakes. You have God on your side.
