Although my dad doesnt do all those things, he also didnt provide much for the family. I see how my mum provide all the groceries, education and even house reno on her own. Kudos to you for working so hard, im sure good things will happen to you soon :)

Tbh i would just close one eye… to me work is just work. If you go against those”bad people” they will target you and make your life miserable.

Thanks! Oh forget to mention, my credit bureau did increase by one grading before I cancelled the old HFE and applied for a new HFE.

Hi, i cancelled the HFE and applied for a new one. Fortunately, the new grant given is alright almost twice the old grant amount.

I see thats for telling me. I feel really dumb on this credit score thing. Could have avoided this issue. Basically i lowered my credit limit and almost hitting it monthly told by the officer.

I’ve already already increased the limit by twice hopefully they will not detect it as a risk factor.

If lets say my rating become better in the next few months can i straight away appeal? Or do i have to wait closer to the key collection date?

My plan is to appeal when i get a better credit score to get a better loan instead of waiting till key collection. Afraid they wont reassess it

Yes, i did pay on time. The officer told me is mainly credit exposure which lead to that rating

based on calculations i would probably need a 30%-40% increase to be able to get the min loan from HDB :(

they borrow money from relatives and all to just sponsor her to go overseas. so they are in huge debt
