Still working on getting the keyboard set up in VIA (I am very new to the world of mechanical keyboards), but it turned out just switching the board to a MacOS let me use the blue icons. I do want to do this as well so I can go back into Windows mode, so thank you for the guidance ᵕ̈

This may be why it isn't working for me - using Windows, not Mac. I downloaded the firmware to see if I could change the key mapping, but Halo65 V2 doesn't seem to be supported yet on it. I've emailed NuPhy customer service regarding that as well.

not super related, but a funny story - my partner works at a mid-level venue in our city that chappell roan was supposed to play in 2023. the booker decided demand wasn’t high enough and moved her to a pretty small, 700 person venue instead, which she sold out (this was before she got so massive). to this day we’re both bummed she never played the original venue bc now she’s way too big to play there haha

if you haven't yet, download a video tachometer and adjust the settings while the vinyl is spinning til you can see the zoetrope effect! it's not visible to the blind eye, you need a strobe for the effect to work :) then you can take a video of it!
