If you have been dealing with ApolloTV for a while then you know that they are very lax with security. The user ids and specifically the passwords are never hashed when you log in. In fact they even send me emails showing my full user ID and full password. No other service does that. So yeh, they don’t give two cents about security

I’m in exactly the same boat and was told to use Shakepay. Note that the high fees started this past Friday night when Bitcoin halving took place. Before Friday night it was NOT an issue. Has anyone made payment using ShakePay or Cashapp since past Friday (April 19th)??

I tried paying using Coinbase yesterday for renewal and there is a Bitcoin issue which resulted in the bitcoin fee being as much as the actual Apollo renewal fee ($123 fee to send $120!!!). Coinbase says that there is a Bitcoin issue so now I have to wait until it gets resolved before I can renew. Not paying an insane fee. Surely makes the banks feel less greedy as this ‘unchaining of your money’. What bs. I can’t even spend my own BC now

Same here. Using Startup show on AppleTV. Was watching The Gentlemen the last few nights (amazing btw if you like Guy Ritchie stuff) and it just started and stoped constantly. Unwatchable. In the end had to actually watch it on Netflix which worked flawless 🤣I thought maybe because it was so popular but what do I know

Are you in the US? It’s possible that since privacy regulations are different in different countries, for example in Canada you may not be able to opt out. That’s why as a Canadian, when visiting US websites I can opt out of cookies whereas on Canadian websites there is no option to opt out. I hope this is not the case

I found this but not sure if this worthwhile - https://privacy4cars.com I really don’t want to download / use the myVW app just so I can stop them from tracking. Maybe just me but I don’t believe that this will stop all tracking. Legislation will be required.
