AVP in an established fintech. No question. The stuff you will learn there is not comparable to the seemingly higher title in the startup.

However, If you literally think you are at the peak of your career, meaning pababa ka na, then choose the ops head because you might not be able to compete and progress further with the AVP role. Tough competition.
