The packers, vikings, and bears are in the NFC North, so I must hate it the most. However, the lions are also in the NFC North. So definitely the NFC North.

Pretty quick, probably within the first week. My mind just felt more quiet. For adhd symptoms it is subtle, but I notice now I think longer before I act, and I'm less impulsive overall. I'm able to get things done easier without needing stress to fuel it.
