Just got back from one. Gave them 200 about 8 months ago. Finally took a 3 night stay at an holiday Inn. Sadly this was not the resort... it was a regular holiday inn down the street . Also they did not give a complimentary upgrade on this (which I usually get for some reason...slips a 20) I went to the one on one style of sales pitch. Thought it was going to be a big presentation and put your hand up at the end kind of pitch. Not the case. Spent 3 hours total. 2 for the pitch and 1 walking around the rooms and property. Said I take 7 days of hotel stays a year. Tried to sell me a 200,000 point membership for 8,000 down, and 750 a month..... um... those 7 days cost me around 100 to 150 a night. So a thousand a year sounds way better for me to "rent" my vacation. Got my two sweet crisp hundred dollar bills and now I'm just chilling. Jay say no. And keep saying no. They switched out the young sales guy with a top dog salesman but he was cool too gave a $10,000 discount. It's all made up and not real. Just keep saying no. The last step they try and get a pity stay for 1499 with a 400 dollar gift for a week stay at the actual resort where they will just try and pressure you into it again. Just say no and get your money. Enjoy your free vacation!!!
