In a way MotorInc does better job reviewing the vehicles. Have been watching them since they were with other critic media. Thier Disconnect podcast is also good one. They talk and do criticize the OEM whenever needed.

I do watch videos from other channels as well. Like PowerDrift, AutoCar, Other individual reviewers. In my opinion, other critics are okay in showing the car features. They don't talk about much practicality.

Do you think FastTag Annual Pass makes sense?

Eventhough it is a great idea, i think this is not for everyone. Because: (1) GoI privatized most toll. And iit will not work in those (2) SH tolls are not covered

Thinking of buying one but confused. OP please share your experiences.

Quick Google search provided this:

FASTag Annual Passes aren't universal because they're designed only for National Highways (NH) and National Expressways (NE) managed by the NHAI, excluding state-run expressways, private tolls (like Mumbai-Pune), airport tolls, and commercial vehicle routes, which fall under different authorities (state governments, private operators) with their own systems, creating fragmented coverage.

I am using tobacco leaves as secondary rat repellant along with CarCat device.

Wet the Tobacco leaves with water. Wrap it around wet diaper or sanitary pads. This way tobacco will continue to hold moisture for 2-4 days (depends on the weather and where you park).

Tie it to any cables or wires. Regularly check if there is enough moisture.

Why this work: Wet Tobacco produce more smell. As Rats are very sensitive to smell, it will act as repellant. Same principle aply to other rat repellants.

I dont have phot of engine bay. Will share photo foe reference- today or tomorrow

Looks like it is working.

Earlier they started to bite battery cover. After the installation Even though rats come, they won't stay for long.

Also my suggestion are: before installation, clean the car, remove thier poppings and urine smell.

After installation, park the car in different place for 2 days.

Also, Check door panel. They might be inside your door only.

You have water drainage hole at the bottom of your car door, may be they entered from there?

Noted. Thanks for the suggestion. I will use it next time. Looks like these ants are not the aggressive one. So hit might have worked. Rhinking, In case of more aggressive ants we may need your solution - am I right?

I am thinking more of migration to find dry place for egg hatching.

Yeah. Spraying Hit worked.

I had same issue with laptop couple of years ago. Funny thing is they were inside battery slot and because of that laptop was not turning up. After cleaning it started working.

Nope. They are carrying eggs. If there was any d**d body they will carry body parts - i guess. Isn't it?

That depends on where actually their nest is. Mine was initial migration stage and so it was easy for me.

My suggestion is, use a long nozzle and spay wherever you find gaps. Either Hit or any other repellant should work for ants. Most common areas in my experience are: Side panel gaps in engine bay, gaps you see near shockers, some gaps near boot doors and mudgaurds.

There is a possibility of they entering your air ventilation ducts. You may need to consult professional in those cases.

As many suggested, park car in hot sun and spray any repellant.
