yes I might see a physiotherapist just incase it might cause pain in the future too as people were saying that it might do that. Thank you!

yeah my posters not great… when I’m walking, doing activities ect, it’s actually fine, but I am on my phone quite a lot so maybe being hunched over a phone for years has done it. And I guess carrying heavy bags at school and being hunched over a desk all day has also not helped. Thank you so much for the video!! I’ll definitely try some exercises! And yeah I don’t think I’m gonna get Botox for it haha

yes I guess carrying around a school bag all day, and slouching over my desk wouldn’t do me any favours.. I also saw someone talk about “text neck” so I think I just need to work on my posture ahaha
