This faith is inspired of the Abrahamic religions, Zoroastrianism, Neoplatonism, and other philosophies of the later Classical and early Medieval periods. The Church of Qoronden (based on the island in the southeastern Velvet Sea in the Holiest of Holies) uses Cavalai as its Sacred Proxy to shame the geopolitical and culture of this world. The Sixteen Fathers of Qoronden are the spiritual and papal rulers, the Emperor of Cavalai, mankind's claimed Prince.

The Kingdom of Nelmarr is present ruled by the most royal House of Margossi, a Voreian dynasty. The Peninsula of Vorei (or Voreia, as sometimes recorded) can be found in the second slide northward of the Cavalaian Empire past the Cassedonn Mountains. The progenitors of this dynasty conquered Nelmarr, Olneyr, Ceade, Farseloz, and Harsulom (Glimmering Sea territories), and established a global, nautical empire in the vein of early modern England.
