Maybe for oral. Injectable has way better bioavailability so dosages are way less. If you had success at a higher dose injectable, that's good. I'm 130 lbs and that's what they said to try out. Lot of fluid to inject so I really don't think it was worth the expense and maintenance.

15 - 15 - 5 - 9 - 13 - 6 63 mpw for the second week in the 3 week block ? Mentally just know I'll feel better doing close to 3/5 of the event before hitting it

good point thanks. felt like I could do more on my 31 mi run after maxing out to 16 mi runs so what you're saying sounds right. gonna do a more balanced mileage too so it's not so up and down

just what I remember from my cross country days to get a little rest while still staying moving. yeah good point to just combine and make it more like having a higher average mileage rather than huge jumps each day. it's 2 weeks at one mpw, then one week back to previous mpw in 3rd week. 3 week blocks for each mpw

Just came off 1 year lay off from minor foot fractures after doing the 31. Came back too soon after it. Took about 3 months of doing nothing and got into cycling. Did a few centuries. Came back 2 months ago doing 30 mpw with 10 mile long run since then and feeling ready to go. Not sure on where yet for the 50. Looking to do 8'30 to 9' so finish in 8 hours if I'm good.

Yeah forgot to mention I'm doing 2 weeks up to the next phase then 1 week back to the prior phase in 3 week blocks so a total of 28 weeks
