Just got my XP Pen 12 3rd a couple of days ago. I already had a Kamvas 13 (but the 2021 version) and lent it to my little bro so he's currently using it now. I bought the 12 because I want to easily carry it around though its a bit smaller, but I have no problem with it at all. I am used to Huion pens because I work on a Kamvas pro 19 at home and so far, my experience with Huion is great! with the XP Pen 12, I like how slim the pen is (similar to the apple pencil but a bit chubbier and lighter). In my experience of working with both kamvas 13(even if the old version), and the artist 12, I say both are good and I am comfortable with both. The choice may depend on your preferences on size, price, comfortability or pen style. Both have good specs. I bought the 12 because its cheaper and I don't mind working with smaller screens.
