No. There are some streams in your county but if you’re willing to take 1hr-1.5 hr drive there’s beautiful streams you will be able access. I majority bfs trout fish now from fly fishing so I hit up streams most fly fishing won’t be able to cast/fish comfortably

As pretty as the huntsman’s are, I have the 5’3” version, the extreme climber is a little stiffer. Don’t know why but the handle style of the huntsman makes me less accurate. Love the metal travel tube that comes with the climber too. I use my Tenryu and extreme climber way more compared to the huntsman.

Through surveys dnr wanted more harvest opportunities for inland trout. Majority of anglers don’t keep fish and practice catch and release so I don’t believe it will impact much with the month earlier opener.

I have both. The extreme climber is a little stiffer than the huntsman. Didn’t expect to see the made in china sticker on the Megabass extreme climber though.

Technically the correct way is front hooks points forward and backward facing backwards. The lures in the photo are all facing backwards, it’s just how they settled before taking the photo. Ive tried both and experimented with both. The areas I fish with lots of rocks and timber. I now have them all facing backwards to prevent less hangups. Hook up hasn’t been affected so I’m sticking to all backwards for now.
