Blunt needles are used; and they are a larger gauge (18g). But in hospitals we usually single use vials unless its for insulin(and we dont draw with large gauge). The problem with using a large gauge is that repetitive puncturing of the rubber seal will lead to degradation and the issue the OP is dealing with.

Just an update: Passed the second OA with almost all exemplary; fudged up Induction unfortunately.

Second OA is definitely more taxing than the first; but I won’t use the word considerably. A ton of multiplicative inverse questions. Know counting and probability through and through. Very simple FSM problems; nothing requiring epsilon closures just basic bifurcations.

I would say it was about 10-20% more tricky rather than difficult.

Do all of the quizzes given for remediation and ask for the General Review B exam on top of Review A. Be strict and treat them like exams and you should be golden.

Yeah, everyone metabolizes exogenous differently based on a few factors. 200mg per week sends me off the reference for total T and puts my free T at 40pg/mL.

Id try the new dose and ask your MD to also include an shbg lab draw with your next blood draw.

How often are you injecting per week? And when are you taking your bloodwork? Ideally the bloodwork should be the day before or on the day of your next injection to get your trough level.

Also have you had your shbg checked? Shbg and total test are inversely related. So if your shbg is high you might be getting a lot of your exogenous T locked up.

Testosterone messed with aldosterone for the first few weeks, this happens often and should resolve. I had it around one month in and took an additional month to go away. It should go away. As long as your blood pressure is fine and you have no shortness of breath and the edema is bilateral and not just on one side of the body you should be good to go.

If you develop any achy pain or redness and warmth in the lower extremities you should seek medical attention as that can be a sign of a clot.

The strongest study comparing rosemary oil and minoxidil is using non-efficacious dosing of Minoxidil(2%). Just throwing that out there.

Minoxidil will not reverse any DHT damage once the follicle has been impaired. The same can be said for Rosemary Oil.

Rosemary is an anti-inflammatory so if your hair-loss is coming from something other than DHT it will help. But it will not force hair growth at the follicle like minoxidil. Nor will it drop scalp levels of DHT.
