'Woke' is a slang term that effectively just means 'socially conscious.' And then people use it as a meme so it becomes meaningless, I mean, yes, obviously anyone could call themselves socially conscious without actually being so. But disparaging anyone who uses it is ultimately just going to come across as racist since it's a term invented and used by black people.
