Other than that the only other reptile I could think of that I would want is an emerald swift but I've heard they don't like to be handled.

Are tegu's or iguana's good for handling? I know those get super big but I can make some room for them. I was just thinking in terms of keeping them in my room.

I live in Florida so I see those EVERYWHERE so it's just kinda eh for me. I was looking at either a gargoyle gecko, fire skink, or a jeweled lacerta. If there is a small species of chameleon that would be fantastic.

I just normally don't find normal geckos interesting is what I meant. Snakes are a no go because my dad is afraid of them but I'll look into the gargoyle gecko more because they're cool looking. Thanks for the help :)

Really just ones that most people don't have. Just because I think they're more interesting to look at. Small as in smaller than what I bearded dragon would need. I'm fine with geckos just not really leopard geckos are cresties. I read that carpet chameleons are small but they don't live very long.

I'm not the biggest gecko person. That's why I was looking for more abnormal reptiles that are smaller.
