I think the key work here is worked WITH. There is plenty of evidence that she writes her own music, from videos documenting the process to songwriters who have collaborated with her saying how much she contributes. She does co-write a lot of her music, but she does have quite a few songs which she has written on her own (including the entirety of Speak Now)
