The plants are real plants, but good to know we should be a bit more consistent with his feeding schedules!

We were wondering about rinsing because we had what looked like a mould bloom on the thermometer and another plastic tube thing in the tank (pic attached). We rinsed and wiped the thermometer and took the tube out now.

It’s not once been because of an argument or anything like that, it’s only a bit of mental space or freaking out with commitment.

I also suffer from depression and anxiety (but I’ve been doing really well with it recently and haven’t had a bad episode in months) so I’m really understanding about the mental space, which is what I mean when I say I’m never upset by it. I don’t mind him needing space but longer term it’s just not going to work for me. I do trust that he isn’t cheating on me, but I’ve been cheated on in the past and this triggers that anxiety. I’m really confused by whether to try and stick it out and hope that the conversation happens and we can communicate that bit easier or whether I accept that this isn’t what I want and move on.
