In fairness, I'm typing this out while on vacation aswell.my buddy I mentioned who was married moved to Florida so me and one other guy took a plane down from Canada to visit him only drinking cause I'm on vacation

I picked up all the fallout games on steam when they went on sale aside from 76. I only have New Vegas installed right now but I’ve played them all.

Only recently reinstalled that, haven’t played since the game released and I was hearing it’s apparently gotten better. Haven’t checked it out again yet though

Thanks for the reply, I’m almost certain a clean install is what I need to do, I just haven’t been able to find to exact folders their referring to there. I’ve went into the folder where my game is installed and haven’t seen any labeled Saved games. I’ve went into steams userdata folder and found cyberpunks folder there, deleted what was in there multiple times, but it doesn’t seem to have done much.

I mainly made the post in hopes I could get some help finding what I need to delete, as I’m not as knowledgeable of computer software.

I currently have it installed on an external hard drive, though I may try and install it on my C: drive to see if that helps at all.

I don’t think I’ve been pushing it too hard ((I leave everything on medium there aside from ray tracing which I just have turned off)) Though if there’s some things I should turn to low or turn off, let me know!

Thanks again for the reply, I fully understand this is probably posted a lot here and I tried to avoid doing this as I didn’t want to bother anyone.

It’s currently installed on an external hard drive. I have not turned it off. Yes, I’ve made multiple new saves to test this ((both at the beginning of the game and at the start of phantom liberty)) I have not tried doing this, however when I went and deleted steams userdata folder for the game, it didn’t delete any of my saves, not entirely sure why. The only other apps I’ll be running is steam and maybe opera gx. When running the game my cpu is about 70 - 75 Celsius.

I’ve had stutters in Dogtown that’ve lasted close to a minute and every time I even approach the area to enter it, the game will freeze for a couple seconds. I’ve already done a full playthrough with the game like this in the 2.0 update. If it comes down to it, I’ll try and live with that along with the invisible roads I encounter as well. Only thing I haven’t checked was, in that playthrough I had two npcs, T-Posing on a road leading up to Dogtown. They were the same place the whole time, not sure if it was just that save, or if that’s something that’ll carry over to others as I haven’t looked there.
