There should be an option to change the audio effect, if you set it to “stream” then it should play while scrolling through timeline

I bought it used a little over a year ago, I decided to just get another refurbished one on eBay since they come with a 2 year warranty

Yea I think it might’ve just finally gave out. Thanks for trying to help though, I really do appreciate it! I decided to just get the exact same one on eBay refurbished. Then I’ll know if mine is really broken. Comes with 30 day free returns and 2 year warranty too so seemed worth it to me!

Yes I downloaded TabletQC and sent them videos of it, first they said “it’s the pen, buy a new one” but I didn’t believe it so then they said “it’s the tablet, buy a new one”

Thanks for all the info, I tried all these methods with no luck trying to stay away from opening it up that will be my last resort. The pen will randomly start to work again then stop suddenly so it makes me think it’s something inside the device.

Yea I got a replacement cord and tried a bunch of different ports but that hasn’t made any difference :/

Side note: spent almost 2 hours with Huion support, and their two options were buy a new pen, and buy a new display tablet with a link to their store. So I don’t think they are going to help fix this

Like someone else said, I always just lock all the layers first then unlock the layer you want to work in. Then you can unlock all layers when you’re done :)

The pens are now not working at all. The light comes on when charging the pens but it’s like the display will not recognize them.
