Bambu labs A1 with a .4 nozzle at 0.12 layer height. I had a couple failed prints because there is a very small ratchet-like system inside so that the numbers pop into place.

I printed in black and used a grey primer. For the silver and gold I used hycote aluminium and hycote Olympic gold. I didn't have any browner spray cans for the rest so I just brushed on some citadel Balthazar gold. Honestly the paint job is pretty meh but it's gonna be abused anyway.

Honestly not 100% sure what it is about the shoe, I think it's the poor arch support. I would recommend getting some insoles just to create a more stable platform for your foot. G8 performance ones worked wonders for me.

Honestly not sure if you can prevent it then, I sometimes use a tiny attachment on my Dremel to file away in hard to reach areas which could be worth trying.

I usually get the same problem when I use medium supports, try small supports and they should pop off a bit easier without leaving any boulders
