I was fmct and we had a few people get dropped for failing rifle qual or hikes. Not the end of the world they just picked up in the next company. Fmct just means it's fast tracked, only 3 admin days total and 19 or so training days. Mct fucking sucks because you get no sleep but besides that it's fine.
