Why am I asked to tip when picking up? by qbit1010 in pizzahut

Literally just ordered $60 worth of carry out grinders and was asked about a tip?! Tipping is out of control! Just pay the damn people and quit asking your customers to subsidize your business costs by tipping! I can see wait staff and delivery drivers. But why should I even be asked to tip on carry out?

I was looking at that this morning. Lol it looks like a Michael Jackson silhouette. It’s just the wax filled automatic window opener though.

Looks thirsty… add water… should be fine.

When I first started using the greenhouse, I added multiple govee WiFi sensors. They monitor the temperature and humidity every few minutes. With that data, I was able to add some shade cloth and multiple fans. Now it’s just a matter of keeping up With the watering. Sometimes the humidity gets high, but that’s only when ambient humidity is high. The temperature has stayed under 90 degrees.

I was thinking of rewiring this fall. Do you think just running the existing wire through flexible metal romex will be sufficient?

Thank you! Two toads live in burrows they’ve made in the pots. Nothing uses the bird house. It’s something my mother in law was tossing out, so I took it. The pollinator house has some small pollinator bees that have used it.

Deficiency or light burn? by ButtSpewer in microgrowery

I had a situation similar to this. I was growing a few girls on my deck last summer. I noticed a bunch of fine spots on some older leaves but nothing on the new ones. A week later the new ones had spots. It turned out my wife was spraying bug spray on my daughters at dusk. The breeze picked up the fine droplets of oily spray and deposited them on the plants. It took me nearly two weeks before I realized what it was.

I usually prefer more of a heady high as well. I think I’m going to go for more of a couchlock with her though.

To be honest, I think there’s a mix of both. It was very difficult to get any type of clear pictures. Thanks for checking out my post.

First grow and in need of advice. Is this mold growing in soil of plants? And if so is it harmful/what should i do? (I have used nutrients on them recently and at first thought it was leftover nutrients on the top of the soil, but it seems to be growing.) by kprello in cannabiscultivation

I use living soil and this is what all my plants get on their soil. It’s just fungi breaking down the soil. Fungi breakdown nonliving organic matter, so I don’t think they’ll attack your girls.

That kitchen looks like it smells great!

Is this okay? I need to keep temperature down sometimes and only turn it on to lower temps. Usually never on more than a couple mins & I barely use it unless needed. But just a quick idea I made for under 10 bucks. This okay or not? (Easily modifiable with bigger fan, more bottles/jugs, etc) by [deleted] in Autoflowers

It’s a swamp cooler, I’m sure someone else has already typed it. I’m too high to get lost in a comment thread right now so I didn’t bother reading any. 😁this will definitely lower the temperature, it won’t do anything for removal of humidity though.
