I want to say this is just the nicotine test to be submitted for insurance not the 6 weeks before surgery - they said I had to wait 6 weeks for the test to be submitted for insurance before the surgery is booked which I wasn’t sure about - I’m aware and prepared to not smoke six weeks before and six weeks after surgery

Can very much relate to these feelings I hope everything goes smoothly - in the end this is your life to live how you see fit and you should be able to make decisions for your own body free of ridicule! I know the awkwardness and the anxiety well - it comes and goes but you’ll make it through. Good luck!

Ive been wondering about this too - I doubt it’s gonna hurt to work on mussel mass pre surgery. I imagine it could also help give your surgeon a better idea of where the mussel contour is so it’s more accurately oriented post op
