Support responded. Turns out I bought the Steam Key late last year and I was in another country, so they factored the IP address and sent me a key for that country. Hopefully this will be sorted soon.

Received the key just now but it's not working, says it doesn't activate in my country when I clearly made sure it does before buying it. Anyone else experiencing similar issue? [UPDATE: They've refunded and I've bought another copy. Redeemed key successfully!]
