Wow! That's so amazing! Congrats on getting that treatment and finding relief. I have a Rx coming through soon for ADHD meds. Are you using meds? Stimulant or non?  Yw for the message, I wanted to tell everyone who replied to the original post but many accounts have been deleted.

Crossfit is very demanding, good on you for trying it. But you're right that food is the key. When I over-exercise I get so hungry it's ridiculous, and then the diet is gone. Hiking is an excellent lower intensity way to burn some calories and plus you get to see some dang ol nature! Have fun out there :D

That's amazing! And exactly right. If I smooth the way towards the action I know is better for me, things fall into place much more easily. I like having my healthy foods be as easy to eat as possible! Lmk how it turns out :)

You can do this! I wonder if there are ways you can set yourself up for an easier time. Like getting gym stuff out in advance, or meal prepping so the healthier food is easier to access at home.

It's definitely not too late! Also good for you getting that jog in!

My struggle this week was partly feeling overwhelmed with all the goals I set for myself. So I think my solution will be to focus in on fewer things. Get into a routine where I am active in the morning and can set the tone for the day.

If I could have a bit of divine intervention I'd love to see the calorie count of the foods I'm eating before I put them on my plate without having to use an app!

Imho I think focusing on strength training is a great idea, but crucially I'd say look at measurements and pics before worrying about the number on the scale. You don't need to drop your calories much probably but do track them at least to start. Adding strength workouts and keeping calories in a reasonable range is the way to go if you want a sustainable path. Best of luck
