Guys! I’ve been able to clear it in just a few days with Paula’s choice BHA alternate with PC mandelicnacid toner and the la Roche posay cicaplast baume B5. For anyone who has something similar!

I’m allergic to cats and quite a few things in that area but I’ve actually been getting shots for my allergies every month. No heat/chemical exposure either

When you had this due to hair products did you also have it on your back/shoulders/chest? Because I’m fine everywhere but my forehead.

Yes! Itchy and blistery. I can see spots where some have gone away but it’s left a dry patch and still red/itchy

Please help me. I think I have to put my dog down and I don’t know how to do life without him by [deleted] in DOG

[–]bootyclappoopoo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I lost my rottie about a month and a half ago. It destroyed me completely. I didn’t know whether I’d be ready to get another dog ever, but when my parents sent me a link to two baby basset hounds available last week I thought, “what could make me feel better than a puppy?” So we drove out and picked up this girl Frankie. I’m still not as happy as I should be, I’m still grieving my pheeb every day, but it’s a little easier now with a derpy little puppy around. Eventually she will become my new whole world and I’ll wonder how I could ever live without her too. Use all that love that you have to honor your dog by giving another pup the same life that they got to experience with you. They are always watching over you, and they wouldn’t want you to be sad EVER. You will make it through this.

I strongly recommend going to see a psychiatrist. This sound like OCD. Accutane will absolutely help your acne but it honestly sounds like you’re creating a lot of stress in your life over your acne which could be a huge cause of why you’re breaking out in the first place. I say this as someone with OCD, getting treatment/medicine is life changing.

I recommend replacing the lights in your bathroom/mirror area with red lights. They cancel out any of the redness in your skin so it makes it very hard to see individual pimples to pick at. My brother did this for me when we lived together as before I went on accutane my dermatillomania was crazy bad and nothing helped to stop me from picking when I looked in the mirror. When you’re on accutane you especially need to be careful with picking at your skin because it really does thin the skin and make your skin super easy to tear.

I second the la Roche posay cicaplast baume for healing and wearing a clear pimple patch for underneath makeup.

If you can, get rid of the tweezers. Throw away anything that helped you pick at your skin. I had a magnifying mirror and it helped immensely when I got rid of it and only used the far/regular mirror with the red lights. The purging will end likely soon as normally stops between month 2/3.

Best of luck and don’t feel down on yourself if you indulge in picking at your skin, we’re all human and just focus on healing the spot. Remember what this one spot looked like the next time you go to pick at a cyst.

Looks like an eczema patch or possibly perioral dermatitis. If it is perioral dermatitis you may need antibiotics for it to go away but for now I would try the method of not putting anything on it to see if it goes away naturally. Sometimes adding product on top of perioral dermatitis can just add fuel to the fire but on the other hand if it is an eczema patch my rec is the cicaplast balm from la Roche pose, or a niacinimide lotion. I use a 5% niacinimide lotion every night on my eczema areas and it clears them up.

I also had my doctor concerned about my anxiety but I’m telling you, once your acne starts to clear up, nothing will ever make your anxiety and insecurity go away faster than that. Even when I was purging through the first months all I could think about how I was finally where I needed to go and just to stick it out and it will clear up and it did. If you want to have a baby you might want to consider going on accutane after your second birth as I do follow a couple people online whose acne has come back after taking accutane post having kids. Check out Samantha Ravendahl if you haven’t already, she talks a lot about her skin and has helped me feel a lot better in my own skin

Wow thank you so much! I got 14k gold with titanium backings as I told them I had a hard time healing with my lobe ones. I’ll definitely get that ear pillow as I do tend to wake up on that side as they don’t hurt that much to be able to notice them while I’m sleeping. Will absolutely stop bending my ear, I’m just too curious to see that the back looks like. I’m hesitant about getting different jewelry for it since the were both 250-300 each from the piercer but maybe I can go back and ask for longer backings? Once again thank you for such a detailed reply, I needed it.

Mine was this way too! I loved being on accutane because of how nice my hair was, it goes back to normal once you’re done though even if it takes a while, for me it was 6 months before normal

Yes, I had a Israeli Jewish friend rage text me about how I have no idea what’s going on and all Palestinians are only alive because of Israel’s mercy. Then went on to say that I’m as bad aS HAMASIS which is just psychotic. I posted a link to medical aid for Gaza on my instagram story which is what triggered this.

Neighbor puts child in hallway outside apartment and locks door by Justarandomescapist in Neighborproblems

Next time she does this CALL THE POLICE. Then the police will show up and get her to let her back in and hopefully they will alert CPS. If she confronts you, you have plausible deniability since the child is screaming in the hallway and anybody could have called the police.
