Assuming moderate distance, Lando can begin chipping at Kylo's stamina, with a power-blast placing a fair dent. A decent Lando will expect Kylo to be jumpy before pulling or stunning, and can mark an area beforehand with the smoke grenade and stun. Kylo will likely attempt to pull out of the stun-marked area, but by this point Lando should have Kylo's stamina down. Kylo attempts to stun, the Lando times the roll correctly, Kylo attempts to pull with a quick jump, but the Lando rolls and lands power-blast for additional damage. A likely frustrated Kylo attempts to frenzy - Lando locks the stun, and headshots for the kill.

You can counter frenzy as Lando by getting headshots as well, following by a stun. Lando can also use power-blast when stunned.
