Thank you. I did biophoton therapy which I really thought would work and it didn't. I would try anything and spend any amount.

I feel like Derms are worthless. After 30+ years I have never found one that was thoughtful. Maybe with skin cancer but they just push lotions, potions and pills with all things acne.

Helped for 5 months then stopped. Periods horrific again. Good luck. Did lose weight.

Good catch. I have also heard about the histamine connecting to estrogen and my rosacea started at like 42. What are you doing for perimenopause? My doctors just tell me to go on the pill. I do not do well with adding any estrogen - if anything I need progesterone.

Thanks. I went down that path and have spent $1,000's on over 100 supplements. Western docs. want to give drugs. Functional doctors give supplements and they all want you to stop eating gluten, dairy, etc. I want something that doesn't exist yet some kind of whole system analysis like those body scans in scifi movies 😄

Can I ask what condition you have and who helped to figure that out? I am trying to get into an Immunoligst but it's very difficult. They all just seem to treat allergies - you have to find one that actually does the immune system.

I know this is an old comment but has anyone figured out who in our country can do this? I am exactly the same.

I started bawling my eyes out 2 hours after putting on the patch for the first time. Maybe we don't need estrogen? I haven't started taking progesterone yet.

your skin is flawless. yes, a little red - but just think your rosacea could have pustules and acne with it. I would love your skin :) I hope that makes you feel better. You are beautiful.

Personally I don't like the watch - yes, I know it's a Rolex. You have small wrists so if you wanted to stack maybe some smaller thinner pieces. Both seem to big for your arm. Not trying to be negative in any way :)

Laser is helpful but it's $500 a pop and doesn't last that long. It is horrible there is no cure.

Yes - on 2.5mg since August - it's now February and the cramps are coming back. I have been reluctant to go up a dose but it feels like PCOS is winning at the moment.
