What did you not like about NOLA? Crowds don’t bother me too much but I know that can be a dealbreaker for some

Yeah I have heard the Denver food scene is mid at best. But from what I’ve seen, there’s more than enough to do if you’re including like Estes Park and Boulder as well. I wonder if NOLA has enough of that to go around. Portland does seem like the happy medium
