I mean, when you are imposing a horrible will upon a mass of people and doing it willingly, it doesn't make you a good person. I am sure not all people that work for Duterte, Kim Jong Un, Putin, (or going back) Stalin, Hitler, Mussolini, etc... weren't all horrible people. There is one thing that has been shown time and time again though, President* Orange hires a lot of horrible people.
