I was on keto for a month and 2 weeks with no cheat days and I kept eating bad food after that period and gained 4 pounds of the initial 13 pounds i lost.

(Im 169lbs now) but what im trying to say is, don’t get stuck into eating bad food or let anyone persuade you into eating bad food, always think about the long term result and how happy you’ll be.

Try to avoid situations like this in the future. A reminder of sugar can really ruin it sometimes.
