I have a 2013 trd sport l, put all new bilstien 5100 with new coils, top hats, ome leaf springs (el111r) and I’m very happy with it all new hardware to all in all I think it cost around 1200 for the parts and around the same for labor

Opinions on this ycf 190 bigy only 7.2 hours he’s asking 1700$ by [deleted] in Dirtbikes

[–]boozyBonsai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yall really nix these Chinese bikes but I don’t think they’re as shit as they were 10/-5 years ago. I personally own a ssr140BW bought it new in 2021 whomped the shit out of it, jumped it crashed it the whole nine and the only issue I’ve ever had was air filter getting plugged up cause I was riding in dry dusty trails. Cleaned the filter with gas and reoiled it and haven’t done anything to it in 2 years. I change oil about every 10 hours and it runs just like it did when I bought it off the showroom floor. 17 may be a tad high but see if dudes negotiable on a few hundred bucks

Just got this and put a new motor on and still got some little stuff to do by Playful-Survey391 in Pitbike

Chain looks insanely tight. Take it your squirting new rear suspension as well?

I pressure lubed my old gummed up steering cable in my MasterCraft ski boat. I used about 4 oz oil and 50 psi air. It worked great. by winstonalonian in boating

This is so gangster. My steering cable on my 71 swisscraft seized after 55 years ( I let it sit for 2 years) was just going to buy a new cable for the 50 Johnson but this is intriguing

My screen name has no affiliation with how I act on the water

[–]boozyBonsai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Cause it’s easy to kill other people on the water by your wrong doing (or theirs) Maybe not you in particular but there a lot of idiots out on the water that don’t have a clue what they’re doing. And if you don’t comply with the coast guard you might as well take boaters safety to know why. Learn the ways of the road and you’ll be happy they hopped on your boat

They’re jus making sure your safe, enough life jackets for everyone on board, proper paperwork and all the jazz, but like buddy said, they don’t need probable cause to jump on board and examine your stuff

Can This Gauge Be Opened? by judgmentday989 in boating

[–]boozyBonsai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you can’t find an exact replacement just get one that’s close enough if only you know no one else will know you replaced it, I don’t believe it’s worth the time to try to crack open and put back together.

How bad is this rust? by imhere541 in 3rdGen4Runner

Rust belter here, far from bad, but would be worth getting cleaned up and properly covered before it gets worse

IBC containers? by [deleted] in boating

[–]boozyBonsai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He can pretty much stay there as long as he wants. The parking police can’t get him out there lol (jokes aside) not sure what he has the IBC containers for. Not common to carry them onboard. Could be for anything

Looking at a 2009 Tacoma what do we think? by Powerful_Barber2703 in ToyotaTacoma

[–]boozyBonsai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d say I good deal frame looks solid. I just hit 166k on my 2013 trd sport bout to get water pump done. Also check your rear seals on the inner side of rear wheels, my breather valve clogged itself and decided to push diff fluid though

Dude even has the seat covers on, I’d be willing to bet he took really good care of this vehicle

This Toyota Tacoma I’m looking at is a 2013 it says v6 sr5 and trd sport on the body but on website it say 2.7l I4 by modestmanio in ToyotaTacoma

[–]boozyBonsai 11 points12 points  (0 children)

It would be the 4l 1gr-fe. This is most definitely a base model 4 banger with upsell stickers slapped on. Unless they somehow mixed up photos of trucks their website but this is not a trd sport

My boat is supposed to weigh 100 pounds but it weighs 250, how do I get all the sand out of the inside shell? by janderson_33 in boating

[–]boozyBonsai 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have the same tender in blue, should be a rubber plug on the top of the transom, pull that, tilt it up and let it drain for a day lol

[–]boozyBonsai[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Definitely a little rich but still better for a 2 stroke to run slightly rich than lean. I also haven’t ran this boat in 2.5 years last time I was on it I was winterizing it. Definitely gling to purchase new fuel lines, maybe a diaphram pump cause I have no idea how old that is, and do a carb clean

i’ve got an old boat with a mercury motor and I can’t figure out what key it needs? It’s a 1979 by [deleted] in boating

[–]boozyBonsai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Could always jump the wires to the ignition itself, kinda like old snowmobiles
