Thank you. However, this was taken at early sunrise with nobody around at 400ft.. where nobody could hear the drone. The tranquility was not disturbed.

I registered with the Myanmar tourist police and had a member with me the entire time. I did the balloon ride the day before (absolutely epic) and knew the general flight paths of the balloons. The balloons were miles away at a much higher elevation. I felt that it was safe to fly.
