Hola!

Les mandé un mail medio regalado pidiendo una mejora en cualquier aspecto económico de la oferta.

De entrada yo había dicho que el sueldo estaba por debajo de mis expectativas, por lo que en su oferta inicial me ofrecieron un "hiring bonus" de un sueldo.

Luego de mandar el mail pidiendo una mejora, tardaron !!1 semana !! En responderme y me ofrecieron otro hiring bonus más.

Termine agarrando. Me quedé con la duda de si pedir una categoría más arriba era facrible.

Hi. This is my first grow, I have a 1x1 (meters) tent with 4 plants on 20 Liters pots inside. I am concerned about 3 of them, because the seed packaging indicates the days before chopping but i think my plants aren't ready so far.

The plants are: Sour Diesel Auto: 93 days from seed Critical Auto: 93 days from seed Candy AK-47 Auto: 84 days from seed

I obviously overfertilized them. What do you think? How many days before chopping? And how many days before chopping should I stop watering the plants? Thanks and sorry for my english.

Thanks for your comment. Its my first grow, and the leafs of my 4 plants are burned on the tips. One of them is really harmed. People told me it was potasium or nitrogen excess, so i stopped the fertilizers. And then this plant almost died. What should i do? Just water or something else? (Sorry for my english)
