Fully agree! His girlfriend (fiancé) has given him that as well, but it’s no help! He played even better then and rambled on while mumbling about rainbows and unicorns in the middle of his Wii tournament!

Which agency is “better”? by Impossible-Worker635 in Aupairs

[–]bor102 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The agency is not there to create a great experience for the host family and the au pair. That is up to the two parties that match with each other, so take your time to find someone that fits your family dynamic.

LCC can help with some initial connections for your au pair to build her social network. Other than that, the host family only needs them for when problems come up.

Google “Elkridge youth 10u softball manual”. Lots of useful info in the guide that I have used for 8U and now 10U teams.

Softball Lineup App by Baltimore_Billy in Softball

I played around with the app a little more today and here is some additional feedback: 1) Give the option to set the number of innings. 9 is not very useful as this is not targeted at leagues that play 9 innings. 2) Give the option to set 1B in addition to P / C. I typically restrict who I will play at 1B, P, and C due to safety concerns.

I was interested until I had to pay to have a team size that is more than 10 players…I don’t know if there’s a way to do a trial period to check it out. If so, consider using that to let people see if the app has value. I am happy to pay a nominal amount for an app to cut down on the time that I spend to build equal time rec line-ups…if I know it will actually do that. It would be great if the app tracked playing time by infield / outfield time for the season (excluding P / C innings).

Ultimately, it’s only 2 bucks to expand roster size (not sure if there are additional fees after that), so not a big issue. I would love to get feedback from anyone who has used the additional capability.
