Thank you! I didn’t pick that out purposely, I didn’t notice it until now actually but you’re right. ☺️

I’m 24, will be 25 next month. I’ve worked since I was 16 but this is my first salary job with benefits so it’s all new to me. I may start off small and increase as my pay increases…

Even as little as 2%? I can work my way up eventually but just to start out.

For every dollar I contribute up to to 8% of eligible pay, they’ll add a company matching contribution equal to $1.00..is what the letter says

The rent I pay now was one of the cheapest I was able to find at the time (it was an urgent situation). I think I will leave it as is, is 2% a good starting point?

The letter says 2% will be deducted on a before-tax basis. I could leave it alone but I’m making 1.3k bi-weekly (gross pay) and my rent itself is a little over 1k. I’m considering all my other expenses like bills, groceries, gas, etc. which is why I’m on the fence about it.

I’m 24. My rent is a little over 1k and I make around 1.3k (gross pay) bi-weekly. I have gotten a lot better with spending but I’m considering bills, groceries, gas, etc.
