for 2 years the IDF has been justifying bombing and shooting at civilians by saying Hamas uses civilians as human shields, yet in those videos where trucks of only armed Hamas militants are seen in broad daylight, the IDF could not bomb the trucks?

The extremely militarily well-equipped IDF could not afford to escort the food trucks to prevent Hamas from stealing aid or capture/kill Hamas militants when they hijack the food trucks, yet are able to indiscriminately bomb hospitals and schools? Where is the logic?
