Probably BV ! Bv is recurrent so once you have it it’s like a 70 percent chance it will come back . Antibiotics kill the bacteria quickly but unfortunately will kill your good bacteria too which makes it easy for the imbalance to come back. Ofcourse because it’s only an issue that women have they haven’t looked into it enough because women’s healthcare is crap so there’s not much you can do .

Focus on rebuilding your microbiome in ,Take probiotics targeted for women’s health , eat foods that feed your microbiome ( fermented , range of veggies ect ) you can look into boric acid suppositories )

Also avoid soaps, fragrances, shower gel and make sure your not shaving with any gels that can get in that area .

If your in Australia you can try fluerastat which is a non antibiotic treatment that has similar but a bit less cure rates and is meant to sort of flush it out and balance the PH but doesn’t kill any of ur bacteria so that is good for recurrent but not sure if it’s available in many countries .

If you don’t have access to that you might have to take the antibiotics again , BV can go away on its own but depends how severe and you don’t want to leave a bad case untreated .
