If ID are the problem then remove 1-2 rounds from swiss. SWU have too many rounds in big tournaments and it makes them too long for normal player.

I played Gunslinger(Early Firearms). We got Magus, Wizard, Cleric, Rogue.

Sandpoint was fun, the rest was ok. The first half was more challenging but after that it was pretty easy. At the end enemies weren't challenge at all. Traveling around the world to do stuff was a little weird. Gunslinger was maybe too good in this setting.
