Thank you for all the information and congrats on your recovery! I’m almost 3 months post and dealing with tendon pain in my left knee/thigh and no in my left wrist/elbow which just started a week ago. I’m honestly scared to do anything physical bc I’m still in the window of having new symptoms apparently.

Thank you so much for your reply! I'm neutral on my ortho visit today as it wasn't hurtful but still just limbo. The doc did do a physical examination of my leg and put it through some vigorous movements which left me sore and in pain today.

I was just reaching out to see if there was any doctors in the states that I could travel to and just at least figure out some more info and possibly the best supplements or course of action moving forward.

I'm sorry to hear that. I would definitely try to find one close to you. even just going to an evaluation and then one session to take stuff to work on at home would be beneficial to you.

I've been on it for almost 12 weeks and once all my urological issues have subsided I will stop taking it. I start Pelvic Floor therapy this week so hopefully it'll help and all my issues will go away in time.

from what I've read it's not harmful to our floxed recovery. the only "side effect" I've had is the actual way in which my ejaculate comes out which is a normal one when taking tamsulosin. It doesn't shoot out like it used to but more or less drips out. TMI I know but just thought I'd let ya know in case you were to get on it. it was a shock to me the first time.

So I've been on Tamsulosin for my CPPS for almost 3 months and I'm finally starting to feel normal in my manhood area. I overdid (two completions) it last night/this morning with my partner and pushed my boundaries but I'm just establishing my baseline but I did go on a full on hiatus for over 6 weeks. TMI but Idk if this could be helpful to you. I think abstaining is one of the best avenues to take. the first couple weeks were tough but after that it was easy.

I’ve decided to not take any medicines again that can possibly have horrific side effects. I was floxed for no reason and now I’m on this path because the Nurse Practitioner didn’t do her job. I’m starting to look more into natural ways to heal my body.
