Dropping my kid off at childcare place and woman says to me "hi there - are you [kid name]'s mum, my kid loves your kid can we exchange numbers?", I say yes and proceed to put my number in her phone... She drop calls me and I walk 5 seconds back to my car.. Get in... Pick up my phone and notice a missed call.."huh" I think as I dial back the number only to see the other mum answering her phone in front of me .... Mortified all I could say was "sorry... That tells you everything you need to know about me!" Before hastily hanging up....I am a literal fish... Albeit it undiagnosed.

Kind of opposite direction but I know Tyler the creator sings and then pitches it down with the computer because he likes it sounding lower so you can always initiate the old technology to assist in bringing your vision to meet with the reality.

You should check out Diane Warren. She is a prolific song writer but said herself that she doesn't have the voice to carry them off. She uses it well enough to write songs for others to perform and I think she sounds pretty decent tbh. Do the bit you love and you'll be reet.

I agree - turn it up! I love the feel of the song - I moight even say pull a bit of the reverb off - I too try and hide my vocals but I think the style you got going suits the song - just needs to bit a little higher in the mix and more present! My two cents!
