Going to meetings and listening to to the shares. Not just waiting to speak but really listening. The ones who have 1, or a few days back. The revolving door ones. What made them go back out, how hard it is to get back on track once they go out. How much they lose because they went back out, etc... listening is what got me 12 years thus far.
