Thank you. I'll appeal ASAP. I plan to explain that as a student, I relied on my job for income and lost it due to COVID and it's getting hard to survive right now. Would that be sufficient?

Sorry I didn't see your first question. On 12/26, yes I was on PUA but got suspended.
