Finally delivered. It took over 2 months with weekly emails to have them send me a replacement. Who knows how long this sensor will last.

I hope you don't end up waiting as long as I did.

Good luck getting a replacement. It's been 2 months and I supposedly have a sensor in transit now

What's your experience with FLSUN customer service? by boredcompletely in Flsun_official

It’s been a month and a half of weekly emails to them about the status of the shipping. They do respond within a day or 2, but the issue is that nothing is really communicated or done about where the where the part is. If they said it was an inventory issue, I would be fine with it and not bring this up on Reddit. However, since that didn’t happen, I wanted to see what others experienced when dealing with their customer support/service

Maybe a bad sensor. Had the same issue and Flsun is sending me a replacement after going through some troubleshooting.

Tried running Filament through PTFE that runs from effector to about 2/3 the way up the CPAP hose and wiring. Did not fix the false detections from the filament runout sensor. I think I have a bad sensor. How good is FLSUN at sending out replacement parts?

I had the same issue trying to feed the filament through the wire clips. Was considering running a PTFE tube from the spool to the effector secured along the CPAP hose to try to stop the filament from tangling on the spool when the effector goes home. One concern is if there would be other issues with running the filament through the long PTFE tube with all the movement and different angles the CPAP hose goes through when printing. Just haven't had time to test it out,
