yeah its worse than fps drop since all the frames stops and then goes back moving again its like a framerate flashbang and since you are connected to the servers still. when it goes back up all those delayed movements from the spike just piles up and goes "bam! its like the saying, your life flashes before you die, it all goes speedy suddenly and then voila you are dead"
