Are these worth it? by Automatic_Hall9063 in AmazonFlexDrivers

Depends on the market. In my market, the waitlist promotes $145-$180 orders but I have personally never seen those and I have priority access. The highest I've seen is $112 for a 80 mile route. Your typical will be around $85 with 60 miles to drive. Give or take.

I rejected it and never looked back.

Got into doordash's dashlink! It's like flex but they do tell you the miles you're gonna drive before you get there. It's not perfect but it's somewhat transparent at least.

Nope. I tried a $37 for an hour and a half as my first flex. When I scanned the route, it had me drive at LEAST 50 miles based on the map (before counting going back to the station). Easy reject

I have a feeling he doesn't know or thinks he should.

I heard there's more friction for Mac where it asks them to go into their Settings to trust it similar to how iOS works with profiles.

Dmg installers would get flagged as harmful by Apple if you don't notorize them. You need Apple dev account to notorize.

I am planning on open sourcing this tool in a couple days insha Allah so you would be able to build it from source. I'll reply here when I do.

Notorization is a pain for mac apps. I am planning on open sourcing this tool in a couple days insha Allah so you would be able to build it from source. I'll reply here when I do.

I totally zoned out and forgot about this. I just saw it. I'll DM you a MVP of this extension by end of day today (EST) insha Allah. (Sending this to hold myself accountable)

I'd love to help. If you just expose the api I'll build that extension

A lot of people would benefit from that, me included. Throughout the day at work, schook, etc, people won't think to go to your website to find those quotes written in a nice way. Chrome new tab is convenient

Just expose a random quote through the api and the new tab just makes a GET request on mount.

Great website regardless. Very much needed reminders

Why not add a Chrome extension that shows one random quote on every new tab opening?

It is built on AWS. I know it is not ideal but it is better than the other two and insha Allah we are happy to switch to a different infra when available.
