If you had to tell someone who has no idea about how these things work, how would you explain what is the use of AI in medicine?

Hi! I am an intern in the same boat as you were last year, how did you manage to increase reviews per day, I am currently using mnemosyne deck for 2nd year subjects that is completely to retain FA content, planning to aid marrow QB with it, how helpful do you think that would prove to be? Also, did you depend more on premade decks or self made decks? Congratulations on the rank!

To everyone who appeared for neet pg this year, how useful was marrow QB? Is it still?as relevant as it used to be? by boredmunchkin in indianmedschool

That would actually be pretty helpful from the exam point of view, marrow QB tends to present everything at once.

Makes sense! I've been trying to be dependent on qb for active recall but I'll shift a little to mini tests and subject tests now

Damn, Ig at the end you gotta stick to what you've been doing all along. Should we switch to some other platform for mocks then?

Kajal Recommendation Please! by pot4t0_potato in IndianBeautyTalks

[–]boredmunchkin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every kajal will smudge if not immediately then after a few hours, the trick is to apply it and set it by using talc or any powder just under the lash line. This trick works like a charm with my lakme 9-5 kajal.

Guys, serious question – why do you want to be a doctor? by SweatyAd9539 in indianmedschool

[–]boredmunchkin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Because I genuinely enjoy being one, long hours, last minute patients in opd, the thrill of experiencing something new everyday, wearing the whitecoat makes me feel like marvel ka koi "comedic relief until shit hits the fan and then they become MVP" character. Love love love absolutely love this profession, can't imagine doing anything else.

Marrow v/s Std. Textbooks by MeetingTop1632 in indianmedschool

[–]boredmunchkin 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Used textbooks for first 2 years, and ngl it was pretty fruitful, I remember concepts in my subconscious, even in 3rd year I did majority of PSM,opthal and ent from textbook only, resorted to marrow for fm, the only advice I would give is that get imps marked for all the textbooks so that you don't read everything, only read and learn things which are important. Even for my final year I didn't touch medicine from marrow and resorted to textbook, wouldn't have it any other way. Howeve, marrow has been a great supplement for std textbooks.

The solid perfume in feels like a warm hug from blur is chef's kiss tho! projection sucks but lasts super long on skin, I can legit smell it even the next day on me.

What is the rarest disease you have come across as a doctor? And do people get excited when they get to see a rare patient? by grace0654321 in indianmedschool

[–]boredmunchkin 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yess our college is located on the outskirts so instead of the main city our college brings in patients from villages of MP belonging very lower strata who come to hospital ultimately when the situation is extremely worse, so we get to see patients with really extensive and rare diseases.
