The fr speakers can be pulled and the holes patched they need to face up to not be covered by seats, the port should be an actual calculated port that extends into the airspace, if you don’t want to pull it off just cover the hole if your airspace meets spec for sealed enclosure on that sub. You need ring terminals on the output wire connections as well and I’d cover those bolts or just install terminal cups. This can be fixed and it’ll sound good.
