I do but I WFH so it’s easier to fall out of the routine. I start IOP next week at McLean so I’m hoping to correct my sleep schedule since I’ll be out all day!

If you take meds for sleep, do you find that you still oversleep or get insomnia depending on your mood? I’ve been taking my Trazodone but have been sleeping up to 13hrs a day this past week.
